2 students removed from Howell school over possible threat

Classes have resumed at a school in Howell Township after police removed two students because of an unsubstantiated threat.

Police Chief Andrew Kudrick on Tuesday says on social media that innuendos of possible violence were contained in a group text sent on Monday evening.

Middle School North students were taken to the gym while police investigated.

The names of the students who were removed were not released.
