12th annual ‘Santa Row’ sets sail this morning in Wilmington, Del.

    The Wilmington Rowing Club is holding its annual “Santa Row,” where costumed rowers compete for best-decorated boat honors.

    The News Journal of Wilmington, Del. reports the 12th annual Santa Row will take place Saturday morning along the Christina River.

    Spectators are being encouraged to bring donations of canned goods. The fundraiser benefits the Ministry of Caring, a nonprofit organization that serves poor and homeless people in and around Wilmington
