In the second installment of Delaware: Portrait in Time we'll explore the First State's roll as Last Stop on the Underground Railroad.

We'll meet historic reenactor Willis Phelps, who uses songs and stories to bring the memory of the Underground Railroad alive in local churches and community centers. But the story he tells is two-sided.

We'll visit some Underground Railroad stops and talk to historians who aim to tell the complicated story of Delaware's Underground Railroad.
