With the Winter Olympics here, we’ve all got sports in our minds. But it is the mental fitness of professional athletes that allow them to excel, even in the face of repeated, and sometimes public failure? This week on Voices in the Family, we speak with Dr. Joel Fish.

Dr. Joel Fish is a nationally recognized expert in sport psychology who has worked in the field for the past twenty years. He has been a sport psychology consultant for the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, the Philadelphia Phillies Organization, thePhiladelphia Charge, and the USA Women’s National Soccer Team. He is also the author of the book 101 Ways to be a Terrific Sports Parent.
