To escape paying U.S. taxes, more American corporations are merging with foreign companies and moving their legal address overseas.   The growing trend in corporate inversions has led to calls for tax reform from the President and members of Congress. Today, we look at corporate inversions, their effect on the U.S. economy, and the proposals to stop it.  Marty’s guests are RICHARD HARVEY, Distinguished Professor of Practice at the Villanova University School of Law School and DAVID CAY JOHNSTON, Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative reporter.
