Listen

Guests: Joe Soprani & Brendan McGeehan

[From the Radio Times Archives] Philadelphia native and virtuoso accordionist JOE SOPRANI has performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra under the baton of Eugene Ormandy, with tenor Luciano Pavarotti, at the Eisenhower White House and with Jon Bon Jovi. Soprani came in to our studios this winter and told stories of his varied career and brought in his instrument to perform some of his repertoire. He was joined by filmmaker BRENDAN MCGEEHAN, whose documentary on the musician is called “Dizzy Fingers: The Life of Joe Soprani.”
