Comcast and Time Warner — merger?

Comcast wants to join forces with Time Warner Cable. The proposed $45 billion merger would join the two largest cable companies and claim almost 30% of the TV market and 38% of all internet customers. Would this merger help or hurt competition? What could it mean for consumers? And are regulators likely to buy it? We start off with Comcast vice president DAVID COHEN.
