[REBROADCAST] Former Phillies pitcher JAMIE MOYER made history in 2012, when at age 49 playing for the Colorado Rockies, he became the oldest major league pitcher to win a game. As a leftie, Moyers is known for his three trademark pitches – slow, slower and slowest – but over 25 years playing ball he proved that you didn’t have to throw hard to win. His record leading the team in wins during the Phillies 2008 champion season —  the team’s first in 28 years — will forever cement his legacy as a hero in the City of Brotherly Love. JAMIE MOYER’s new memoir, Just Tell Me I Can’t: How Jamie Moyer Defied the Radar Gun and Defeated Time, is co-written by Philadelphia journalist LARRY PLATT. They spoke with Marty last month.
