Hour 2
Why write poetry? Why read poetry? Has a poem reminded you you're human? We've invited three area poets to talk about their life and work and poems they love. Our panel is SUSAN STEWART, former MacArthur fellow and Annan Professor of English at Princeton University; ELAINE TERRANOVA, a faculty member of both Community College of Philadelphia and the Creative Writing Program at Rutgers, Camden; and THOMAS DEVANEY, Senior Writing Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania and Visiting Assistant Professor in poetry at Haverford College.
