It's no secret that the electoral fever is in full swing, but surprisingly, mudslinging is not much different from past political campaigns. Also some poll-based recommendations on how to mend the negative images Americans have about government, business, congress and the economy. Gallup finds that there's a positive reaction to California's Proposition 19 on legalizing recreational, not medical, marijuana . Some say it's about baby boomers coming of age, others think of revenues. The idea? It you can't ban it, tax it.
