Worrying about the future: war and other matters

President Obama's speech on the deployment of more American troops to Afghanistan sent a ripple effect across the world, but was less divisive than anticipated. As 2010 approaches, and, what some have labeled The Decade From Hell comes to end, who is worrying the most?
