The Delaware pediatrician accused of molesting over 100 of his patients is now facing even more charges. A Sussex County grand jury Monday handed down 58 more charges against Dr. Earl Bradley.
The new indictment, involving 24 children, is based on victim interviews done at the Delaware Children's Advocacy Center.
“These charges are the next step forward in our continued efforts to hold Bradley accountable for his actions,” said Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden. “We are working just as hard to ensure the victims and their families have everything they need.”
Bradley was originally charged in February with 471 counts of sexually abusing 103 children in his Lewes practice between 1998 and 2009. That was based on over 13 hours of videotape seized during the investigation.
Bradley entered a plea of not guilty to the initial indictment last month.
Bradley is being held at Vaughn Correctional Institution in lieu of million bail.
