Best companies for women include top DE employers

Some of Delaware's top employers are among the 100 best companies according to Working Mother Magazine. The annual compilation of the most family-friendly employers includes AstraZeneca, DuPont, and Bank of America.

The magazine determined how family-friendly a company is by looking at flextime and telecommuting policies. It also gave companies high points for providing on-site lactation rooms for nursing mothers. Companies were graded based on answers to more than 500 questions. This year, extra weight was given to a companies polices for benefits, flexibility, and parental leave.
This is the 24th year the magazine has released the top 100 companies for working mothers.
