The families of two young Hungarian tourists who died in a duck boat accident on the Delaware River are suing. Lawyers filed the suit Tuesday against Ride the Ducks of Philadelphia, K-SEA Transportation Partners, and the city of Philadelphia.

The lawsuit seeks punitive damages and compensation for legal fees, but attorney Rober Mongeluzzi insists it's not money the families ask for.

"The families asked us to file these lawsuits so they could finally begin to get the answers of how and why their children died and to make sure that no children ever again drowns alone at the bottom of a river. the time for the defendants to duck answering these questions, is over."

Mongeluzzi would not say how much his clients are seeking in total damages. He says the case could make the amphibious Duck Boats safer.

The lawyers have set-up a website so the public can follow the case, and contact the deceased tourists' family members. That website is duckboatdisaster.com.
