The Philadelphia Joint Board of Workers United says it plans to file a lawsuit over the matter.

John Whatley works for Aramark at Boeing. He says he was laid off from his part time job at the sports complex because Aramark didn't want to pay him overtime.

Whatley: they told me that they can't afford to pay me overtime because I have a full-time job, but the season before that it wasn't a problem, I worked all three places Wachovia if they needed me here or that I worked whatever but I wasn't paid overtime.

Aramark officials issued a statement saying Aramark is committed to complying with all federal, state and local laws.
