Nutter trashes city cleanliness

The mayor of Philadelphia is doing some trash talking about the cleanliness of the city.

Mayor Nutter says Philadelphia needs to be cleaner.
Nutter: We know that some of our neighborhoods quite frankly are a filthy mess. It's not just about how we pick up trash at your front door, it really is also about how we clean vacant lots, get rid of graffiti, and get rid of things that are out in the street.
The mayor says cleaning up the city is a team effort, and if everyone works together the city can be the clean place that everyone wants it to be. Philadelphia will hold a volunteer city-wide cleanup effort next month.
