Teen flash mob strikes Center City

Pedestrians and motorists outside Philadelphia city hall were stunned late this afternoon by the appearance of a crowd of rowdy young people that police are saying may be another flash mob, a group assembled on social networking websites. WHYY's Tom MacDonald was there when police started making arrests.
