Streets Department workers are still clearing snow in some places, but Mayor Nutter says residents are causing some of their own problems navigating streets.

Nutter: Much of the difficulty that we are experiencing right now comes from streets that were plowed or at least treated and unfortunately people throwing snow back into the street, which then got compacted, unfortunately we had mostly freezing temperatures that snow has frozen.

The mayor says the city will review the entire snow cleanup process to see how it can be done better the next time around.

Meanwhile, the snow-packed side streets are wreaking havoc with city bus routes. Dozens are still running detours, and two lines were down as of this morning.

The Mayor is a Joke. We saw a plow 5 days after the storm where the streets had been iced over for 2 days. You can't plow ice! There are 65 houses on my block, did we all throw snow in the streets? Casino, closed pool, tried to close the library. I will never vote democratic in a city election ever again.
    He Hates Fishtown!
But still looks like Squidward from spongebob squarepants.
