Mayor Michael Nutter says the City of Philadelphia has plowed about 96 percent of the streets so far.

With forecasters expecting another huge winter storm to hit Philadelphia, the mayor
says crews will be out in full force again.

Nutter: If we have to have it is our goal, it is our effort it's a demonstration of our commitment to explore a variety of ways to deal with the snow but we ask for patience and understanding, I think the public employees overall did a fantastic job, quite honestly even better than we did in December and we had more snow this time."

Mayor Nutter says the city is prepared for more snow, and isn't sure how they are going to pay for the cleanup, but what has to be done will be to open up streets to traffic.
