North Philly residents eagerly await grocery opening

Angel Coleman is the Executive Director of the Girard Coalition, which serves Girard Avenue from I-95 to the Zoo. The organization's been trying to attract a supermarket to 31st Street and Girard Avenue – a triangular plot of land that's right in front of a new housing development, and surrounded by blocks of row homes.
