The bullets most in demand, are for the most fired ammunition, 38 cabilber and .380, which is used in semiautomatic weapons. Greg Isabella owns a gun shop and shooting range in South Philadelphia. He says he's got supplies, but replenishing inventory hasn't been easy.

Isabella: what used to take 30 to 45 days went from 60 to 90, we're now at four months and now we're begin told four to six months I've just received ammunition the other day and it was five months from my initial order. 38 ammunition, I've been backorderd 50,000 rounds since November.

A spokesman for one ammunition manufacturer says they have had to add a fourth shift to keep up with demand.
