Duka brothers get life sentences

Brother of the defendants
Three brothers have been sentenced to life in prison for conspiring to kill American soldiers. The Dukas are part of the "Fort Dix Five," a group of foreign-born men who were convicted last year of plotting to attack a New Jersey military base.

The defendants claim they weren't serious about attacking Fort Dix, the government argued that they were. Acting U.S. Attorney Ralph Marra says had the men not been caught, military personnel would have been killed. He called the men "unsuccessful jihadists."
Marra: There were numerous forks in the road here where anyone of them could have said I'm not going to participate in this, this is wrong. None of them ever did any of that. Rather they took the fork in the road that led to criminal conduct and what they planned which was murder and mayhem.

All three Duka brothers: Dritan, Shain, and Eljvir claim they are innocent and are expected to appeal. Dritan and Shain Duka were given an additional sentence of 30 years in prison for weapons violations.
Maybee thier intention was not terror but they spent many days in speaking of terror. why did they not spend their time on us youngsters for the greater purpose of unification.
Please show me where you are getting the misconception that they spoke about anything to do with terrorism. Even the FBI and the DoJ admitted that the Dukas NEVER said anything terroristic. The judge stated they had nothing on them when he said, "The lack of evidence does not concern me, they could have plotted when they were not being recorded."
So the FBI the DoJ, and the judge said there was never a discussion of a plot. If you had something to add as proof, why didn't you bring it to the trial? I believe you have your facts mixed up. Please share with us a link to anything that backs what you say. We will wait.

You however Amir, STALKED this 12 year old girl over to their website, and started harassing her. Leaving all those messages, and don't think changing you logon fooled us. We know already. All of your responses have been saved before they were deleted. We gave up when you started the crazy number thing. We don't even know what you were attempting with that, and we don't care. Perhaps you don't realize that her father and uncles are not terrorists and never conspired anything. Now however, you are terrorizing a 12 year old girl by following her around to other websites.
If you really were against terrorism, you would stop terrorizing.
How ironic.
And don't try to pretend otherwise. Hajrullah Duka is not close enough related for you to follow this innocent 12 year old girl around to other websites harassing her. This sort of behavior may be ignored in other parts of the earth, but this is the USA and we have laws against it here. Don't claim you are after her distant cousin and an Imam that she does not know, as an excuse to STALK.

hi yes im dritan dukas oldest daughter n im the niece of shain and eljvir duka and THEY ARE INNOCENT the media puts all lies out to people and none of that is true they were nice men they would NEVER do anything like that so dont even say there guilty. If you dont know them as well as me and my family does then back off because you dont know what type of men they were. Ask our neighboors they'll tell you that they were really nice men they picked fruits and vegtables for me in their garden and they were really restpectful thats what they would tell you and what happened to them in unbelievable BRING DA EVEIDENCE OUT!! actually there is no evidence THEY ARE INNOCENT SET THEM FREE MORONS!!!!!!!
