On Monday the state Court of Judicial Discipline suspended a Philadelphia Municipal Court Judge for issuing a fake "stay-away" order on behalf of an acquaintance. In a separate case, yesterday Pennsylvania's judicial watchdog panel filed a misconduct charge against a Philadelphia Judge for using his judicial office to help manage his real-estate holdings.
