Every day, we make hundreds of choices – small and big. How to get to work, what to eat for lunch, and whether to pursue a new career opportunity. But how do we make those choices – and how does having so many choices affect us? One of the world's top researchers on choice, Sheena Iyengar has written a new book on the topic, "The Art of Choosing". WHYY's Behavioral Health reporter Maiken Scott spoke to psychologist Dr. Dan Gottlieb about Iyengar's work, and what we know about choice.
