A new book called The Other Side of Sadness challenges some long-held beliefs about grief after the death of a loved one. He says people are far more resilient in dealing with grief than previously believed.
WHYY’s Behavioral Health reporter Maiken Scott spoke with psychologist Dan Gottlieb about grief – and how we deal with it.
