Almost half of Americans say that they are increasingly stressed about their ability to provide for their families' basic needs – this according to a recent survey conducted by the American Psychological Association. What can people do to handle stress in a tough economy? WHYY's Behavioral Health Reporter Maiken Scott spoke with Dan Gottlieb.
