This was such a helpful program.
I am a 62 year old woman who returned to graduate school in my 50's. I can tell you that along with race and gender, age is an issue in the group politic. My graduate school experience was very painful at times and left me with a bitter memory of the school where I studied. I believe that there was a lack of leadership in the department. As well, I did not have the political savvy to know the things I could have done to make my life easier in the situation.Your program was very helpful and I think I may seek a coach for the future. Thank you
