		<description>I think Kerry&#039;s article was on target. We do see jobs being replaced by technology but we are also seeing a renewed interest in operational efficiency. Pharma &amp; biotech companies are really beginning to focus on how they can do things quicker, cheaper, better. I think the industry is learning from other industries and working toward eliminating redundancies and functional silos. Because of legacy proceses and technologies, this has been slow to evolve. The new focus will make us better as an industry and enable us to deliver new therapies in the most effective and efficient manner.</description>
