Delaware receives failing air quality grades

As the seasons begin to change we head outdoors to warmer weather without thinking much about the air we breathe. The American Lung Association recently released it's 2009 state of the air report, rating each state on it's ozone and particle pollution. WHYY's Merideth Sullivan takes a closer look at how Delaware ranked.
