As voting continues, election watchdogs report isolated problem across Pennsylvania. Officials in Reading say they're taking down signs that encourage Latinos NOT to vote.Reading has a large Latino population. Angel Figueroa, Latino field director for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Dan Onorato, says his volunteers began bringing in the signs after polls opened.
"It was done on a big white piece of construction paper, but with stenciling. They took their time to do this, and these signs are saying 'Latinos no vote,' "Figueroa said Tuesday.
The signs bear no evidence of authorship. Berks County election officials say they're removing the signs as they find them. In the Philadelphia area, the election watchdog group Committee of Seventy reported a handful of problems, including electioneering with 10 feet of polling places
