Greene on leave pending investigation

Carl Greene has been placed on leave while an independent body investigates various lawsuits against the embattled head of the Philadelphia Housing Authority. The PHA board voted Thursday afternoon.
According to the resolution, the Executive Director "shall not report to work at the Authority, contact or direct the Authority's employees or consultants, or access the Authority's systems."
