Philadelphia casino topped off

The final beam is in place at the city of Philadelphia's first casino. It's one of the final steps to the facility opening in September.
Mayor Michael Nutter got a little ahead of himself calling "hit me!" outside the Sugarhouse Casino at the topping off ceremony. Wendy Hamilton is General Manager of the facility. She says when it opens it will include a variety of table games such as poker and blackjack in addition to slot machines.
"We did make some modifications and that was because our building was designed before table games were legalized as soon as that happened we said 'hey' we definitely wanted to offer them to our customers. We reduced our number of slots just slightly just five percent and that will allow us to put 40 table games out there for our players."
About 10,000 showed up at job fairs for the 800 positions available at the facility. Notably absent at the topping off were protesters, no one came to picket the event, but police were watching on the perimeter of the construction site.
