More indictments possible in corruption probe

Several media reports are hinting toward imminent indictments in Pennsylvania Attorney General Tom Corbett's ongoing investigation of legislative corruption.

House Republican Attorney Brett Feese and legislative aide Al Bowman both stepped down from their positions in recent days, amid murmurs of a new round of indictments aimed partially at their caucus.
The Philadelphia Inquirer has reported that Feese was recently invited to testify before the state grand jury investigating the use of taxpayer funds for election work, but House GOP spokesman Steve Miskin says Feese and Bowman weren't asked to step down.
Miskin: Nobody requested or suggested they resign or retire. They weren't asked to, and the decision-they made the decision totally on their own.
The Pittsburgh Post Gazette says the grand jury is also weighing charges against former House Speaker John Perzel, a Philadelphia Republican.
Corbett's spokesman, Kevin Harley, did not return calls for comment, and has repeatedly declined to say who the grand jury is investigating.
The probe has received increased attention in recent weeks, now that Corbett has announced his intent to run for governor.
