New York, Baltimore and Norfolk are all at or going to 50 feet. Why cant delaware go to 45 feet? i hear the environmental groups are getting big lobbying dollars to fight this project from the port of NY/NJ and big oil lightering tanker companies. Don't let them destroy our local economy here in the Delaware Valley region! Our unemployment is almost 10%!!!!
