Health plan may lack bipartisan support

Vice President Joe Biden is predicting that legislation overhauling the country's health care system will be on President Barack Obama's desk before Thanksgiving.

Democratic Congressman Joe Sestak says he's confident Congress will pass a health reform bill. But he says it might not come with bipartisan support.
Sestak: There is some chance for bipartisanship but at the end of the day, unfortunately you cannot sacrifice good policy at the altar of bipartisanship.
Sestak says any reform bill needs a public option, or an equivalent, that would be less costly than current healthcare plans.
Some congressional Republicans say President Barack Obama squandered a chance to build bipartisan support in his health-care address to Congress.
They say the problem is his continuing support for a government-run plan for the uninsured.
