Corzine encourages students for new year

New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine traveled to one of the state's newest schools Tuesday to talk about education, and to watch President Obama's speech, in which he sought to motivate students to stay in school.

Camden's HB Wilson Elementary School hosted Governor Corzine as opened the new $35 million dollar facility. After watching some of the President's speech with students, Governor Corzine said they should use the new facility to help them prepare for their futures.

Corzine: The most important thing that goes on in any school new old is what you guys get out of it. We love ya we want you to do well.

Fifth grade student Xavier Diaz got to sit next to the governor. But he says he doesn't want Corzine's job in the future, because he has higher aspirations.

Diaz: Oh I'm thinking I want to be the president, if you want to be a great man you have to do great things.

The new school had one opening day bug. Internet problems kept students from watching the majority of the president's speech.
