The lineup is now set in New Jersey's gubernatorial race, now that Independent candidate Chris Daggett has named his running mate. The announcement Monday came just two days after Governor Jon Corzine selected State Senator Loretta Weinberg as his running mate and a week after Chris Christie picked Monmouth County Sheriff Kim Guadagno.

Chris Daggett's selection for Lieutenant Governor is an educator who helped develop charter schools legislation. He's picked Kean University History and Education professor Frank Esposito.

Dagett: He's a person of the highest integrity. He's a person that knows how to get things done. He understands government. He understands education and higher education which as you know is one of the important issues for me during this campaign.

Having a Lieutenant Governor candidate in place, clears the release of matching campaign funds for Daggett. He says he'll get about half a million dollars in matching funds to start and hopes to get enough campaign contributions to qualify for a full match of more than $7 million. He's also eligible to participate in this fall's debates.
