NJ Attorney General sues for housing fraud

New Jersey's attorney general continues to file lawsuits that target those who are targeting homeowners in mortgage fraud scams.

10 defendants including Newark based New Day Financial Solutions and the Best Interest Rate Mortgage Company in Haddon Township are charged in two separate lawsuits. Attorney General Anne Milgram says they took advantage of financially struggling people who looked to them for help
Milgram: They gained the trust of their victims through deceptive advertising and misleading sales pitches and then they collected thousands of dollars in unlawful fees. In return they provided nothing but empty promises and in most cases added financial misery.
42 homeowners were victimized in the latest scheme. Milgram says there will be more civil and criminal cases. She says homeowners facing foreclosure may be able to get free help through the state's foreclosure mediation program.
this crook marguluio was a crook because he and my landlord took money on empty apartments and my landlord is still taking rental money on empty apartments but with the secition 8 program in passaic.i useto work here i left on good terms i had to have prostate sugery and he hired someone elese.i trained him to a degree. at the apt complex.as the super and i was told by at the time my boss.not to tell the housing that a tenant left or was evicted and many were evicted he fired me when i started saking two many questions.i would call the housing and ask questions.and was told by my boss that the housing told him to tell me not to call.the person who was working in the shadows taking money was janis dejong and the landlord was elef-valis investment corp.check it out these people have been around a long time and rite in the middle. i know my self the housing has passed many apartments that are in very bad condition .and yet they pass inspection things don't work. cabnets are all broken dirty carpets and they pass. the landlord pays extra for that service. these people think that they are untouchable. and laugh about it people should not live that way and these crooks should not be able to get away with this.i have ritten a lot of places about this even had a couple of interviews but it still goes on. i have had my phone wires cut.my lights turned off so i cant type.but each time utilitys come out they say someone truned them off.or cut the wires. and only the super and the land lord has the keys. my wife is handi capped bed bound and iam gitting mad. i need help please.thanks
