A non-profit in Milford, Delaware, is providing more than just jobs for those with disabilities.

Kent Sussex Industries helps nearly 300 people with disabilities work each day. Many are bussed to KSI's Milford facility where they perform a number of duties, like re-manufacturing toner cartridges and packaging phone books. Craig Crouch is the non-profit's CEO.
Crouch: It helps people have an identity, have a more full life. It helps establish relationships with other people.
Those who run KSI say that's a major goal here: giving those who have not been able to work otherwise independence.
