Rendell wants video poker funds to go towards education

email hidden; JavaScript is requiredPennsylvania Governor Rendell hopes to help students afford college by legalizing video poker machines. He's expected to ask the legislature for their support in his annual budget address today. Students from families earning up to $100,000 a year would be eligible for tuition relief at any of Pennsylvania's 14 community colleges or 14 public universities. WHYY's Elizabeth Fiedler reports.
