Rendell wants video poker funds to go towards education

He's expected to ask the legislature for their support in his annual budget address today. Students from families earning up to $100,000 a year would be eligible for tuition relief at any of Pennsylvania's 14 community colleges or 14 public universities. WHYY's Elizabeth Fiedler reports.
