Lawmakers back on duty in Dover try to deal with the budget crisis

Delaware lawmakers are back in Dover for the start of the new legislative session, bearing the weight of a huge budget shortfall. Governor-Elect Jack Markell says lawmakers have never seen anything like this budget crisis.
