		<description>I think this is a marvelous story and that more hands on training programs should be available in the Camden area.

In addition, I feel students should be encouraged to move to other Towns and States once they perfect their skills. Learning to live in a different environment is key to moving into a different lifestyle with new skills. Old habits and old friends can get the best of someone that is trying to make a change for the better. 

Culinary skills can be used ANYWHERE in this country and in international markets, so I am ecstatic to hear about the program!</description>

		<description>Great piece.  I don&#039;t have much else to add than that.  People are always going to have to eat and the internet can&#039;t provide food like it can news.  Good path for ex-cons and people in recovery.  If Food Network were really interested in doing some good public service, food-related specials, something along these lines would be great.</description>
