According to the Department of Education, there hasn't been a lot of activity at nurse's offices in the state's public schools.

And in an attempt to keep it that way, every child in a public school will be given a letter to take home to their parents, reminding them of the do's and don'ts of swine flue.

Here's Ron Gough of the Delaware Department of Education.

Gough: Advising everybody of what we've been hearing all along, wash your hands, cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing and take those precautions and do that.

Education officials say there has been no discussion about closing public schools. But that is an issue that will certainly be addressed if a case is spotted.
