Transcript:
Mayor Nutter says Philadelphia will compete with other cities for some of the federal stimulus money.

Nutter: "Cops program, more police officers on the street that's a competitive program, Philadelphia is in the category of course of cities with more than 250 thousand in population, we'll compete will all the cities in that category to go after additional police officers and we'll certainly be extremely competitive."
