Port Authority to decide on new projects

The DRPA Board is expected to vote tomorrow on whether to spend $11 million dollars for non-transportation projects including the President's House memorial on Independence Mall and a medical school in Camden. Some lawmakers and citizens oppose the spending, in light of DRPA's recent decision to increase tolls. WHYY's Elizabeth Fiedler reports.
