Stephanie Marudas
Stephanie Marudas got her start in radio as a volunteer, who hosted and produced a weekly radio show about the Greek community for COSMOS FM on WNYE 91.5 FM in New York City. She's since worked with WYPR Public Radio in Baltimore and WHYY, and has also contributed to several NPR programs including Weekend Edition, All Things Considered and Day-to-Day. Stephanie's stories have ranged from education to the joy of plane spotting to the impact of war on families.
Stephanie grew up in Baltimore City and graduated from Columbia University's Barnard College. She has worked as an environmental educator and environmental consultant.
When Stephanie is not doing radio, she's running a national oral history project to interview college students with Greek ancestry.
Stephanie also contributes to WHYY's Impact of War series.
