Elizabeth Fiedler
Elizabeth has interviewed North Philadelphians who tried to attract a supermarket to their neighborhood by using professional design skills; the family of a heating repairman from Mayfair who was killed while working overtime to pay for Christmas presents, and politicians from the Mayor to the President.
She joined WHYY in 2007. As a general assignment News Reporter Elizabeth covers it all but favors stories on politics, urban life, sustainability and design.
She moved to Philly from Boston in 2003 and looks forward to watching the city develop, and the Phils win another title.
