Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting

- 1 container Tofutti
- ½ cup Earth Balance
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ teaspoons lemon juice
- 1. Combine the cream cheese and margarine. Slowly add the powdered sugar, then vanilla and lemon juice.
