Nate Appleman’s Breakfast Smoothie
After a major weight loss, the marathoning chef fuels up with this regularly. Tip: Peel and cut your bananas before freezing (store in plastic wrap). Ingredients
- 1 frozen peeled banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup water
- Pinch of salt
