Kevin’s Famous West Coast Wings

This is an ingenious way to have your wings but lose some of the fat.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
- 2½ pounds chicken wing pieces (flats & drummies, no tips)
- ½ cup cayenne pepper sauce
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1. Boil wings in a large pot for 10 minutes. Drain water and excess fat when done.
- 2. Grill wings on the barbecue until brown & crispy
- 3. Mix equal parts hot sauce & BBQ sauce and toss wings to coat.
